Our non-holiday rates are as follows:
- $125 /night

* 3-night minimum

Our holiday rates are as follows:
- $150 /night

* 5-night minimum

Additional fees and requirements

- Rates are based on double occupancy, $10 additional per person
- Please add 11.4% for Hawai'i State Tax
- There is a $100 cleaning fee for all rentals.
- No pets are allowed unless approved by the staff in writing.
- A 50% deposit must be made 2 weeks before your arrival unless we make an exception.
